Greetings!

My name is Shohn Hortten and I am an Illustrator and 3d artist. But when I was young, I was first a storyteller. My earliest memories were writing epic stories backed up by reams of storyboards on my grandpa’s printing paper. Even when I didn’t directly pursue the visual arts, those experiences influenced how I worked. 

In my decade in hotels, customer service and hospitality, I always took into account that business are about setting narratives and the visual arts are key to reinforcing how clients feel about their service. Presentation is key, especially in my work with supporting the sales teams at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel. That said, I always remembered my passion for creating visual art. 

After spending years in hospitality, I decided to make this passion my career and earned my bachelor's in Media Art and Animation. As a result, I have gained deep knowledge of Blender3d, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and similar products.

With this experience, I provided stunning artwork for freelance clients since 2018 and I look forward bringing your ideas to life.
